We share your information only to the event partners. Your data will be deleted after the financial processing of the conference at the end of the calendar year. By registering for the conference you agree that video and still image footage of you may be taken at the conference. The footage will only be used for marketing purposes of the conference. Most of the images are mass photoshoots, where individuals are not, or difficult to recognise. Occasionally close-up photos may also be taken. Those participants who do not wish close up photos to be taken of them, can indicate such wish at the beginning of the event, by the registration. A no-photo-zone will be available for them.
